Yes, a minimum value of $100 applies to all wholesale orders.
If picking up your order from our headquarters, payment options are Cash, Credit Card or EFTPOS. If we are delivering, then it is CASH Only (Cheques accepted by prior arrangement).
Depending on your location, delivery can be anywhere from the next day to next week. While we endeavor to deliever all orders as quickly as possible, we recommend speaking with our sales rep as sometimes public holidays and / or other factors may affect delivery schedules.
We can for large orders, by prior arrangement and with sufficient notice.
Yes, warehouse pickup is possible. Please call ahead to avoid delays.
We currently do not offer order tracking.
Goods may be returned, within reason, with prior arrangement and based on our sale terms. It is best to discuss this prior to buying the items as some items, once opened or broken down, cannot be returned unless due to defective or substandard reasons.
