| 3. | Definitions – the following words and phrases are to be acknowledged and understood:
“Bertolli Classic Olive Oil Spread” means a 500g tub of “Bertolli Classic Olive Oil Spread” as illustrated on the official promotion poster distributed in Fiji by Yee’s Cold Storage Seafood Pte. Limited. See official promotion poster illustration on this page. “Entries Close” means Promotion End Date the final date and time for participants to enter into this promotion, namely Sunday 12th February 2023 at 11:59 PM “Full Name” means your official First Name (Given Name/s) and Last Name (Surname), the same of which appears on a personal identification. See also “Personal Identification (I.D.)” “Disqualified” means a participant being not able to enter into, or being removed from taking part in, this promotion. “Entry Bin” means a promotion-labelled cardboard box, typically located inside a participating outlet with an envelope sized hole cutout on top for inserting valid entries. See also “Valid Entry”. “FB” means Facebook, the online social media platform. “FJD” means Fiji Dollars. Dollar symbols in any promotion materials represents Fiji Dollar currency. “Flora” (singular or plural) means a name and variety of Flora branded margarine manufactured by Upfield and distributed in Fiji by Yee’s Cold Storage Seafood Pte. Limited. “Instagram” means Instagram – the online social media platform. “Participant” means ‘you’, and/or any individual taking part in this promotion by making a valid entry. See also “Valid Entry” “Participating Outlet” means a supermarket or outlet that sells Flora branded margarine AND contains an official promotion poster (see official poster illustration on this page) WITH promotion entry bins “Prize” means FJD $250 cash prize. “Shopping Receipt” means a printed tax invoice or sale transaction summary of a registered Fiji business. “Valid Entry” means a participant entering this promotion by placing a valid shopping receipt into an official promotion Entry Bin that correctly follows all entry steps, and terms and conditions listed here. “Personal Identification (I.D.)” means any form of Fiji Government issued Personal Identification that includes your Full Name and photograph, for example: Fiji Drivers Licence, Fiji Passport, FNPF Card. “Winners” means the winning participants. “Yee’s” means Yee’s Cold Storage Seafood PTE Limited, a private company located in Namaka Nadi. Yee’s is the authorised distributor of Upfield branded spreads in Fiji. |

| 4. | This promotion aims to operate under the guidelines, and to the extent permissible by law, namely the “Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission Act 2010”. To participate in this competition, you must be a resident of Fiji and of legal age or participating with a parent or guardian’s permission. | |
| 5. | Entry Steps – To successfully participate in this promotion, you must make a valid entry. This consists of the following:
1)Buy any of the following in a single transaction from a participating outlet:
2) Write down your full name, address and your contact numbers on the back of your shopping receipt. 3) Place your receipt inside an official Promotion Entry Bin located inside a participating outlet. If you cannot locate an Entry Bin, contact the store manager of the participating outlet, or Yee’s Marketing Department on 6722758 or promotions@yeesfiji.com 4) You may enter more than once. Any additional must follow the same process and be independent of any other entry. |

| 6. | One (1) valid entry equates to one (1) participant, which equates to one (1) potential prize winner. You must not submit a fake or a duplicate/re-printed shopping transaction receipt with your personal details or the details of someone else. Incorrect entries made by participants will be disqualified.
Promotion entries performed illegally, fraudulently, under suspicion of collusion, or any duplicate or re-printed entries will result in disqualification of any and all entries made by you and associated participants. Any promotion entry submitted at participating outlets by registered employees of the same participating outlet will result in disqualification. You will not be notified about any disqualified entries. |

| 7. | Winners will be responsible for providing a correct a Fiji Bank Account or Vodafone Fiji M-PAiSA Account or Digicel Fiji MyCash Account details to receive “FJD $250 Cash Prize”. The account name and details must match with a valid Personal I.D. and a valid entry. Yee’s will not take liability for any prize money deposited into an incorrect account due to the Winner’s negligence. | |
| 8. | Yee’s will make every attempt to contact all winning participants in a timely manner. A valid Personal Identification card MUST be provided in order to claim your prize. Several attempts will be made to prize winners using the contact information provided on your shopping receipt. As a prize winner, if you are unreachable after 72hrs of the draw date, Yee’s reserves the right to cancel your win and re-draw a new prize winner. | |
| 9. | The draw date to determine prize winners will be on Thursday 16th February 2023 , or unless expressed otherwise by Yee’s. The names of prize winners will be posted on our social media platform – www.facebook.com/yeesfiji (FB) and @yeesfiji (Instagram), and advertised in local newspapers, The Fiji Sun and The Fiji Times. All care will be given to ensure that every valid entry is included and potential winners are drawn fairly. | |
| 10. | Yee’s accepts no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate processing of entries, participant details and prizes caused by technical (technological) or human error. All entries (i.e. shopping transaction receipts) become the property of Yee’s and we reserve the right to cancel or revoke this promotion and/or any valid entries. | |
| 11. | By participating, you render Yee’s and Upfield harmless against any claims, actions or warranties (legally, publicly or socially) pertaining to this promotion, including the steps of entering and the prizes issued. You also render Yee’s free from any liability with respect to any promotional information, materials or prizes.
Yee’s reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. Participants are not entitled to any claims, refund, swap or replacement for any items purchased as a direct result of any alteration or cancellation of this promotion. |

| 12. | Winners may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a promotion winner along with their winning entry via Yee’s website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional incentive or payment will be offered for taking part. Refusal to participate in related publicity will result in forfeiture of the prize. |
