| 1. | By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge to have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions stated here. Participation is of your own discretion. This promotion aims to operate under the guidelines and to the extent permissable by law, namely the “Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission Act 2010”. | |
| 2. | The following Definitions are to be acknowledged and understood:
“Closing Date” means the final date and time for participants to enter into this promotion, namely Saturday 11 December at 11:59PM “Disqualified” means a participant being not able to enter into, or being removed from taking part in, this promotion. “Draw Date” means the date which the winning participants will be determined. “Entry Bin” means a promotion-labelled cardboard box, typically located inside a partcipating outlet with an envelope sized hole cutout on top for inserting valid entries. See also “Valid Entry”. “FB” means Facebook, the online social media platform. “FJD” means Fiji Dollars. All dollar symbols in all promotion materials represents Fiji Dollar currency. “Lucky Winners” means the winning participants. “Magnum” (singular or plural) means a name and variety of Walls / Streets branded ice cream manufactured by Unilever International. “Participant” means you, and/or any individual taking part in this promotion by making a valid entry. See also “Valid Entry” “Prize” means a Shopping Voucher valued at $200. See also “Voucher”. “Shopping Receipt” means a printed sale transaction summary from a registered Fiji business. “Screenshot” means an image capture of displayed content on the screen of your mobile, tablet or PC device. “Valid Entry” means a participant entering into this promotion by placing a shopping receipt into an official promotion Entry Bin that correctly follows all entry steps, terms and conditions. “Voucher” means a Shopping Voucher to the value of $200 (i.e. the “Prize”) issued by a participating retail outlet, and valid for use only at that retail outlet. This shopping voucher may come in the form of a single value $200 voucher, two by $100 value vouchers, or multiple, smaller voucher denominations adding and equating to $200 in value. “Yee’s” means Yee’s Cold Storage Seafood PTE Limited, a private company located in Namaka Nadi. Yee’s is the authorised distributor of Unilever branded ice creams in Fiji. |

| 3. | This promotion commences at 12:00AM on Friday 08 October 2021, and ends on Saturday 11 December 2021 at 11:59PM. | |
| 4. | To participate you must be a resident of Fiji and of legal age, or participating with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. | |
| 5. | The “$200 Christmas Shopping Voucher” entitles the prize winner the ability to purchase items for sale from a participating retail outlet issuing the shopping voucher up to the value of $200.
This voucher is not legal tender and cannot be substituted for cash. However, this voucher must be handled similar to cash, ensuring that it is not damaged, lost or stolen. Any vouchers that are damaged, lost or stolen after being issued cannot be replaced. This voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable. |

| 6. | The word “Christmas” in “$200 Christmas Shopping Voucher” is a reference to the festive time period in which this promotion is running. The shopping voucher is not associated with any other Christmas meaning, items or prizes. | |
| 7. | To successfully participate in this promotion, you must make a valid entry. This consists of the following: 1) Buy 2 or more of any Magnum ice cream in a single shopping transaction receipt. 2) At the back of the receipt which contains a purchase of two (2) or more Magnums, write down your full name, home or postal address and your contact number in legible English handwriting. 3) Place your entire receipt inside an official Promotion Entry Bin located inside a participating retail outlet.
If you cannot locate an Entry Bin, contact the store manager of the participating outlet, or Yee’s Marketing Department by phone or email, i.e. 6722758 or promotions@yeesfiji.com. 4) Your shopping receipt must clearly show that any 2 or more Magnums were purchased. 5) You may enter more than once, so long as you have made a valid entry each time. |

| 8. | One (1) valid entry equates to one (1) participant, which equates to one (1) potential prize winner. You must not submit a fake or duplicate shopping transaction receipt with your personal details or the details of someone else. Incorrect entries made by participants will be disqualified.
Promotion entries obtained and entered illegally or fraudulently, including fake or duplicate entries will result in disqualification of all entries made by you and associated participants. You will not be notified about any disqualified entries. |

| 9. | Yee’s will attempt to contact all winning participants in a timely manner. Fiji Government issued Personal Identificaion must be provided to prove your identity as the participant. Several attempts will be made to prize winners using the contact information provided on your shopping receipt. As a prize winner, if you are unreachable after 72hrs of the draw date, Yee’s reserves the right to cancel your win and re-draw a new prize winner. | |
| 10. | The draw date to determine prize winners will be on Thursday 16th December, unless expressed otherwise by Yee’s. The names of prizewinners will be posted on www.facebook.com/yeesfiji. All care will be given to ensure that every valid entry is included and potential winners are drawn fairly and at random. | |
| 11. | “Double Your Chances With Yee’s” is an additional step which entrants may choose to participate in. This step grants at its simplest form, the chance for participants to double their number of entries by ‘Liking and Following’ the official Yee’s FB Business Page- http://www.facebook.com/yeesfiji | |
| 12. | To “Double Your Chances With Yee’s”, go to www.facebook.com/yeesfiji and click the “Like” Button. Alternatively, scan the QR code located on official promotion posters to be directed to the Yee’s FB Business Page. Then, take a screenshot of your FB Profile Name Page and email this to promotions@yeesfiji.com. Please state your full name, address and contact details in your email (the same details as on your shopping transaction receipt). | |
| 13. | One (1) valid entry equates to one (1) “Double Your Chance” entry. For example, if you have made five (5) valid entries, upon successful verification of you ‘Liking and Following’ the Yee’s FB page, Yee’s will add another five (5) double your chance entries for a total of 10 entries. | |
| 14. | By sending a screenshot of your FB Profile Name Page, you agree to allow Yee’s to view your screenshot and use the information within to cross-verify your identity with that of any and all Valid Entry . The emailed screenshots will not be used for any other reason or passed on to any third-party, and will be deleted upon official completion of the promotion. | |
| 15. | If Yee’s cannot successfully verify and associate a participant’s FB Profile Name Page with their valid entry/entries, Yee’s will not grant the participant with a “Double Your Chances” entry. The onus is on the participant to best inform and assist Yee’s to successfully associate the participant’s screenshot with their valid entry/entries. | |
| 16. | Yee’s accepts no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate processing of entries, participant details and prizes caused by technical (technological) or human error. All entries (i.e. shopping transaction receipts) become the property of Yee’s.
Yee’s reserves the right to cancel or revoke this promotion and/or any valid entries, including “Double Your Chances With Yee’s” entries. |

| 17. | By participating, you render Yee’s and Unilever International harmless against any claims, actions or warranties (legally, pubically or socially) pertaining to this promotion, including the steps of entering and the prizes issued. You also render Yee’s free from any liability with respect to any promotional information, materials or prizes. | |
| 18. | As a winning participant, you agree to allow Yee’s to use your full name, location and photograph (if required) for the presentation of winners. | |
